Australia Asks For Prayer As Traditional Marriage Under Attack

The last four years, Australia led a global call for extended periods of Prayer and Fasting for America.  Recently, as Australia is facing a “political juggernaut” which hopes to redefine marriage, they are hoping that all countries will return the favor.

Australian leaders are asking prayer support from countries globally as a homosexual agenda is urging their politicians to redefine marriage.  The Turnbull government won the recent election, however, their policy for a people’s vote on the redefinition of marriage is being challenged by “elite political forces”.

Recently, the Catholic Church called October a month of Prayer and Fasting for Marriages and Families.  Support has been confirmed by Christian leaders and churches in Australia.

James Condon, head of Strategic Church Relations for the National Day of Prayer and Fasting, commented, “Key Christian Aboriginal leaders are also supporting this call for prayer and fasting to protect marriage from redefinition. Marriage between a man and a woman is sacred in Indigenous culture.”

“For the last four years,” Warwick Marsh, the coordinator of National Day of Prayer & Fasting said.  “Australia has led a worldwide call for extended periods of Prayer & Fasting for America. Now Australia is asking America to return the favor. Australian prayer leaders are asking for prayer support from the USA and other parts of the world as they face the juggernaut of the political elites to redefine marriage in Australia.

Satan's greatest assault has been on families as he tries to destroy God's original design for it.
