In the wake of recent sexual abuse allegations against men in power, and as countless women came forward in the “me too” movement, ministry leader, Taffi Dollar has been well received in her message to end unequal standing between men and women.
Taffi Dollar has pastored World Changers Church International alongside her husband, Creflo Dollar. The 30,000 member congregation has churches around the world, and is challenging attitudes that have prevented women from realizing their potential.
Taffi has had two successful conferences that dealt with Bible-based gender equality, and her book, Gender Roles, was recently released in Spanish. Recently, Dollar announced her plans to continue to champion the topic in 2018 with yet another conference and her book.
Let Them Have Dominion is the follow up to Gender Roles, and will be released during the 2018 Radical Revolution Women’s Conference on March 15-17, a the World Dome in College Park, Georgia. Women world-wide are expected to attend this three day event which will additionally feature Christians for Biblical Equality International president, Dr. Mimi Haddad, Lisa Bevere, and Sarah Jakes Roberts. Featured musical guests will include Tasha Cobbs, and Micah Stampley.
After attending a CBE event in South Africa several years ago, Taffi has focused her ministry to “restoring the God-ordained balance and equality in Christian families, churches and communities” where women share leadership roles equally with men.
In fact, a section of her book, Gender Roles, the Dollars describe how their joint understanding of Biblical teaching changed their marriage from being a man’s responsibility to solely lead and guide the house to a mutual partnership of exchanging weaknesses for strengths.
Taffi’s next book and the 2018 Radical Revolution Women’s Conference will examine the issue of equality including issues on race and ethnicity.
